Watch: Hong Kong Is (Was) the Freest Economy in the World with Kibbe

Economist Robert Lawson explains why Hong Kong has been at the top of his Economic Freedom Index for so many years. The country has very low taxes and very few regulations. It’s extremely easy to start a business and run it how you like. With this year’s crackdown on Hong Kong protestors from mainland China, we could see a dip in the rating, but there’s a lot the world can learn from how Hong Kong has run its economy.
